Subscriptions

Some parts of Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or annual). Your Subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it or Netraga cancels it.

You may cancel your Subscription renewal through your online account management page or by contacting our support team at [email protected].

Should automatic billing fail, Netraga shall issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually with the full payment within the indicated deadline.

Fee Changes

Netraga may modify Subscription fees at any time. Any fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle. We will provide reasonable prior notice of any change to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.

Refunds

We issue refunds if you are not satisfied with the purchase within thirty (30) days of the original purchase. Email our support team at [email protected] to request a refund.

Restrictions

You must comply with all applicable laws, including privacy laws, intellectual property laws, anti-spam laws, equal opportunity laws, and regulatory requirements. You shall never use Netraga for performing any illegal activities or distribute content that is not owned by you.

Changes to Service

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our Service in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of Service is unavailable at any time or for any period.

Amendments to Terms

We may amend Terms at any time by posting the amended terms on this site. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use Service.
